We could arrange delivery by sea freight, air freight and truck to your given location. We offer with CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU, FOB, EXW under INCOTERMS 2010.

An estimated time for production to be ready for shipment will be provided with our quotation. Most of our products are 100% new against order. Some items like anchors, chains, accessories would be available with ex-stock, we suggest to check with our sales engineer for the availability if you need the item urgently. We will update you our stock information based on real time situation,

• Wooden case with iron pallet base for deck machinery;
• Wooden case or iron barrel for stainless steel and galvanized chains;
• Ton bag for back painting and self-colored chains;
• Wooden case or iron cage box for small weight anchors;
• Others shall be packing as per product weight and dimension. All our packaging manners are in exporting standard for better protection of the goods.

T/T and L/C at sight

From 10 days to 30 days. Depends on the situation of current material price market. Shall state this clearly on each of our quotation.

We warrant each new product manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship within 12-month from shipping date on Bill of Loading.
Conditions:

• Normal worn parts or to damage caused by neglect,lack of maintenance,accident or improper service/installation ;
• Pilotfits shall not be responsible for failures due to products being used in applications that they are not intended for,or exceed the products performance specifications.
• For warranty claim, defective product must be returned to Pilotfits for inspection.
• Pilotfits will not be responsible for freight charges, removal or installation labour on warranty claims.
• Damage due to unsatisfactory storage or use of equipment prior to installation in the approved/intended manner.

• Drawing be submitted for clients confirmation after order;
• ITP be submitted for clients after order; (For Deck Machinery & Projects order)
• Inspection by IACS surveyor if required;
• material test report, proof load test report, UT & MT report, factory final inspection certificate shall be collected and handled to client after order finished.
